Why has 2 rivers stalled? That construction looked promising. Plus the pricing was ok for off plan

Yeah. I offloaded some Safaricom shares at 22 bob, kinda wish I had held on a bit longer so I could pay off my NCBA backed principle and look for a new funds provider. Not a fan of being harassed by low level kiuks.

Economy is at a standstill, which is not what you want when you’re a heavily leveraged real estate company with no money. Or equity.

Also, Centum is directly competing with Ruto’s affordable housing programme and he’s gonna lose.

Double penetration is what I would call this situation.

You are better off giving that money to professionals thro NSE Bora you spread your risk. In the long run, you will make money without the headache

A good investment portfolio should be diversified in a way that achieves the following goals:

CAPITAL APPRECIATION: Assets that will grow your capital at a faster rate than the rate at which inflation will eat your capital. Historically, nothing beats the stock market in this metric.

STABILITY: Treasury bonds and rental income give you reliable streams of income.

LIQUIDITY: You want your assets converted into cash quickly whenever you need it. That’s where stocks thrive and real estate fails miserably.
