I insured my house and everything in it with CiC last year and put the policy document somewhere ‘safe’, now I don’t remember where that safe place is. Can I continue paying the annual premiums ama they’ll show me the middle finger incase something happens and I don’t have the document?

Is it a must I have the document to make any claim?

call cic and give them ur name and details like reg phone number. im sure u have a policy account number which is a reference. bora u get that, paperwork in this day and age is for your reference watu wako digito.

In the meantime you can call/email in asking for an updated statement/risk note
