Last time i checked in E-citizen account,there was a lost DL option. Saai sioni, which route shld i follow? Ama niende NTSa

You have yo use ntsa website. There’s a section inaitwa TIMS. Create an account using your ID serial number. Good luck in the last part because it will likely tell you person not found. You will have to go to their offices with a copy of ID and DL for your records to be updated. Thereafter, access TIMS and apply for one. Old DLs are being phased out so you will pay 3K for the smart DL which is compulsory.
