Jubilee started its first term by rebasing the economy hence higher GDP. I however think that it neglected many vital part of the economy…namely corruption, drug peddling, and other e.g. prostitution.
Countries such as Italy have made similar move hence widening the tax base, increase employment and reduce harassment of otherwise highly productive citizens.
