Biz ya cab ni economy of scale.Ukikuwa driver mmoja utaanza kupata diminishing returns after some time.Ukiweza afford put several cars kwa road,pesa inapatikana unaeconomize kubudget yearly au quarterly pesa ya kufix/maintenance ya magari.Or better yet if you can afford a luxury car nunua then iweke car hire kama ile benz ya mulamwah.Boda unaweza ziscale ubaya ni rahisi sana bike zako zidisappear without a trace.

The biggest challenge kwa biashara ni moja tu_ wafanyi kazi. ALafu biashara hauko hapo inakuwa tricky sana but lazima mtu ajitolee hata awe na a personal mean of transport ku monitor kila kitu, something I find very draining uki take that approach (micro-managing)

Upuss. Biashara ya cab ni almost impossible kuscale profitably. Hiyo ni kama nduthi tuu. It only makes sense for one person. It is a small business.
