IST is the only Redhat approved training center in the subsaharan Africa. They were also the people who brought Oracle to the region. They have been in the business for over 20 yrs. Thus, you cant go wrong with them.
Try a bundled course they call IST Diploma. It has Oracle DBA and development plus linux at a fair price. Ukifanya individual modules itakucost millions.

Boss. Go online, get some good tutorials, joins online discussion forums and then book to the damn exams on suggested test center. I did my 70-410 exams a week ago and passed. Saved me more than 20K that i would have spent in classes.
Oracle certifications have a hands-on requirement which can only be fulfilled by attending the training at an authorized center.
