When it comes to Midrange, is AMD better than Intel?
AMD is far much better than Intel. In fact Intel is just overrated.
AMD is now better than Intel at every price point in terms of performance, especially in multithreaded applications . The ryzen series was a revolution.
Intel walilalia maskio, priced their chips based on their brand and not performance and it has caught up with them…Now we have Ryzen chips on $650 dollar laptops outperforming the XPS’s and the macbook pros in some metrics. The future is bleak for intel, but at least prices will fall for consumers
Truth be told AMD has improved over the last years. Kwanza AMD Ryzen. Intel wakiendelea kulala wataona wakipitwa waachwe.
Should be noted that Linus Trovald is a dickhead and no one listens to him anymore…this is his personal preference and has no meaning to the open source community
I am yet to come across AMD in datacenters and enterprise environments. I think their niche is end-user products.
The day you come up with something better than Github or Linux Kernel unaeza ongea vile unadai.
You are missing my point. Also, tell that to the mirror
All thanks to the visionary woman at the helm of AMD.
typical millenial kiherehere. si ujenge kernel yako tukutambue takataka
If for instance I want to build a desktop I will go for amd based ones they are affordable and offer more space and opportunity for improvement without buying a new motherboard AM4 supports many of their processors.
