Seems like if one quits alcohol the habit is replaced by the other.Its been several months since kicking the bottle but seems like the habit has been replaced by increased appetite and portions.Was 91kgs when I stopped drinking but now at 98.6 feeling grossly overweight.Cant do the usual 22kms long runs without taking a break along the route at halfway point.Havent been to the gym this month and getting to my feet after sitting for long is starting to get difficult.Naambia khupipi staki wheat na anajaza mandazi kwa plate for breakfast,which means I need to fight temptations so that I eat only one or two instead of the entire plate.Is there a plot to kill the Enigma by the khupipi so that she takes over The Enigma’s empire?Please help.
