There is dream stage where you marry the person you have always dreamt of, then there is the drama stage, when you get to know each other (mazoeano) na tumadharau tudogo tudogo. This is the most challenging stage in every marriage.
Mara amekimbia kwao, (to you the skirt next door is a bit higher than the one she wears). Mara hamuongeleshani na mko nyumba moja. When you surpass this drama stage it’s when you realise whom you really married and that’s when it starts sinking slowly that you’re married and NOT come-we-stay.
There are other stages ahead, but the drama stage is the most challenging stage in every marriage. When you surpass this stage, well and good for you. If you decide to go back to dating stage, know that whether you like it or not, you have to encounter the drama stage with your new catch.
Ask any married villager here, and they know what I am talking about.
