LED matrix is controlling a matrix of LED either 8x8 thats 64leds to form scrolling messages or patterns… i have an example

That’s a 8x8 Matrix using Shift Register 74HC595… though i read using MAX7219 is better.

For Advertising in banks you see a display with scrolling messages showing exchange rates or time.
