My 2 cents? Restless campus students can wreak more havoc in the short term than jobless doctors.

the doctors should also be given in the same magnitude as the lecturers…as far as am concerned i think doctors require about 8 billion (300%) then why offer 40%?

Most of our politicians don’t care.
8 billion for how many doctors against 8 billion for how many university staff when? hata atwoli aliwaambia negotiations are give and take…by the way i am for improved working conditions for all health professionals.
