The PO has some experience in this mambo panya. I once worked worked with accidents and emergencies units of NHS. Some of the frequent complaints over weekends used to be ‘object stuck in rectum’. Many of the objects ended up being a panya on someones rear end.
So, how were those stupid mzungu teens doing it? This is ngori! They would take that empty toilet tissue cardboard and insert on their bottom holes. They would then insert the animal(s) therein and remove the cardboard. The squealing, kicking of those animals and all would excite them for a while. Little did most of them know that the animal must die and get out. Thats the point they call A&E
