I have this laptop HP 15 Sasa nimejaribu kuicharge inakataa like ukiplug in kale ka led ka charging kana light up like 3-4seconds then kanazima…so hapa saidia wadaubwhat could be the prob?

Also buy cable ya kutransfer data from harddisk B4 donating the spoiled machine to nearest children’s home
Pelekea tu fundi wa laptops, it is hard to tell what is the problem from our end.
It could be the charger, charging port, charging circuitry, etc… afadhali fundi mwenye Ako na resources afanyie tu trouble shooting.

Remove battery and try if laptop will work without battery. If it works then go to HP and download HP Assistance you will be able to diagnose the battery. The app will guide you further.

Have like 3 laptops and you will see how Wen you have many things they don’t wake upmand decide not to work as supposed to
