In my view, the trauma in her life has a long history, she has always been afraid. She had an abusive father, leading her into getting involved with her teacher (subconciously looking for a replacement father figure), an insensitive man (just like the father) who chooses to take her, but refuses to marry her properly, (no respect of course; attitude: he’s the teacher, she’s to do as she’s told), then exposes their children to abuse by his nephew. Complex. But she should try to get the child justice.

Bottom Line …
- Any abuse of a minor or a vulnerable member of society ( Eg: …with limited Mental Capacity … ) is a serious crime.
- Any Adult who aids , abets , funds , facilitates , encourages any criminal enterprise is an accessory after the fact and is liable in Law to the fullest extent.
