I have never really understood hii story ya msee kuingia job for months bila salary. One month inaeleweka since hesabu inaweza kuwa ilienda vibaya but by the second month, the red line must be drawn in the sand. Kama saa hii naona I am too ambitious to be paid once a month, sembuse kungojea pesa for months.

most poeple get government jobs by being lazy, or using some type of scam. They know that if they quit, there is no one that can employ them. Makes sense though kwa club yangu, I have declared county wakas persona non grata. Maumbwa zinakunywa na kula halafu unabaki na kazi ya kuwafwata walipe bill. Niliambia wakas mwenye atakopesha county wakas ataenda nyumbani bila mishahara mpaka Ile siku watalipa. Saa hii wako rada mbaya. County waka akikuja mtindo ni lipa kwanza ndio upate service kama hutaki kanyaga kubwa kubwa. I would rather retain my stock than sell on credit to people I ain’t sure when they will pay.
