but who is really supposed to collect evidence, the judiciary or the police? have you seen any photo/video of police at a crime scene dusting for fingerprints, taking photos, bagging evidence etc or have i just watched too many movies

I am actually okay with them shooting thieves as it solves the problem permanently.
The problem is doing it brazenly in public and also it’s a thin line as cops can kill innocent people mistaken for thieves or intentionally to eliminate their enemies.
Even me I support these killings but they’re not the solution. They have killed so many boys like this na bado ata leo wataua wengine lakini hawaezi isha. There’s a weekend they killed more than 15 in different parts of Nairobi. No country is free of thieves, I feel like there is no solution and thieves will always be there

The government can offer a solution by offering jobs to youths which will reduce such cases.
The police on the other hand are there to deal with those that cannot be helped.
