Kupata accommodation MTC Nairobi

My small bro has been admitted to Nairobi MTC na tumeambiwa hakuna rooms
Some guys who arrived after us have apparently got rooms.
Anyone with contacts of someone who can assist or how to go about it?

Kama ni wewe ningekusidia, kama ni bro siwezi msaidia vile, yule jamaa angemuhelp alitoka kijiji baada ya bibi yake kupata mtoto.

Ukisaidia bro ni kama umenisaidia. You never know where we might meet in future

Nyumba ya mabati 6k. Can’t relate

If u are in a position to help this guy, please do so. Atleast she is not here asking where he can get lanyes, and other illicit stuff.

I have to say something here. I apologize for your predicament. May be you didn’t apply sooner for accommodation or other circumstances. If at all it is your right to get accommodation and it is being denied, can we blame the government?

The society as a whole needs to reflect and see what has become of us. Whether it is Uhuru or Raila, these things will never stop until we all decolonize the mind. Today I’m on Ngugi motion so don’t mind me.

Accomodation iko enda na kitu kidogo

Sure

It could be you under me

On the real, you are better off looking for hostels around Kenyatta, Ngumo, Nairobi West or Nairobi CBD

Tupia the guy in charge of accommodation a brown envelope. A room will materialise. This is Kenya under uthamaki.

Sasa hutaki talkers waulizie kwenye wanaweza pata lanye? undugu ni kufaana buda na sijaona anything that is banned kuulizia kwa hii kijiji

That’s now where the real problem is. You will have to ‘relate’. This is Nairobi. This is Kenya. You are living in denial.

very true. Nenda ongea Na warden vizuri. Atapata

I thought so, watu waache umzee.
At times people are genuinely seeking help.

Waah, Landmawe!!! While in Campo nilitaka kusave more cash by moving there from an SQ I used to stay in pale South B coz it was cheaper. Nilikaa Landmawe two days nikarudi South B kuplead na Landlady anirudishie keys za SQ. Singewezana na hio life aki.

Si hekaya as such. Nahama day 1 nikapata neighbour anafua hapo nje maji ya kufua imejaa all over. Nyumba niliwacha imekauka poa maji ishaingia ndani the stuff I left there were barely dry. Kumuuliza mbona hangefua nje anasema ati that’s the designated washing area ya plot na kama nikona shida niongeleshe landlord (uncle yake). To make matters worse, it was a rainy season sasa kila kitu ilikuwa inakaa tu mbaya, matope all over, open sewers… Nyumba ilikuwa 4k na nilikuwa nishalipa deposit ya 2k.

Since ni day 1 nikasema maybe things will get better. Usiku wenye nyumba ya nyuma volume ya Radio iko 99%. There are holes all over the mabati (side moja ni mawe, ingine ni mabati) I guess those guys walichungulia venye waliskia kuna mtu, privacy hakuna!!! Their curiosity led them to my door… “Sasa matam, ukona chumfi utusaitieko hata kama ni kakichiko kamocha?” …“Na, wale matem wawili walikuwa wanaishi hapa waliendako wapi khandi?” Nikawaambia sina chumvi, I just moved in today sijabuy stuff (haha). “Ni sawa, tutaingia tukukalishe.” hahaha…nilicheka tu nikawambia sina viti wakuje nikishanunua.

I was so scared even after they left. Wakifika kwa nyumba bado wananiongelesha expecting me to answer!!! Alafu it rained cats and cows that night…nililala kama nimekalia ndoo hio day ju chini kuna maji bed sikuwa nimeleta. I re-evaluated my whole life that night nikasema ata kama ni kutaka pesa…this was an extreme end. Hii hata kama ni need for independence, wacha ikae. At around 4am nikapack stuff zote nikapigia Landlord at 6 nikamshow family emergency…,.guka yangu anataka nihamie ocha. “Sasa unajua ukishaishi hata siku moja deposit huwa haturudishi madam.”…I just hanged up and left.

Good thing is that at South B, Landlady alikuwa a good friend (she didn’t know why I wanted to shift). Just told her wazazi wamesema I can’t stay home, watalipia hio SQ hadi I clear campus. (Had lied that I’m going back home).

Landmawe!! I can’t advice anyone to go there.

Hahahahahahaha

You must have been scared that night.

Somehow, once you get used to such life, you come to like it. That is the idea of socializing in the ghetto. I bet you thought those jamaa majirani had some sinister motives, but you will be surprised they were just trying to be friendly and welcoming. Ndio unapatanga mtu ako well-off lakini bado amwekwamilia Mathare. Ama Kibera.

Yeah, I thought they’d do me harm but that’s just how they welcome people. I still talk to the caretaker to date (Mwas) …huwa anashangaa nilienda wapi. Na ati majirani wamenimiss haha
