Second is grand gestures to lull into false sense of security that this is a well to do person. Next is crisis stories.One story after the other. Some even lie about a parent’s death. To get money.
When I was younger I lost a lot of money by pyramid schemes luckily the people I lent large sums of money paid but now in hindsight I cringe at how naive I was my principles now are never lend anybody money or invest money you can’t afford to lose. Never ever borrow money to invest or loan anyone.
