Thy are just different roles in one person, nothing like mutually exclusive traits–though it’s likely that a bad wife will be a horrible mother, because it points to a mean personality streak: the inability to make small sacrifices for another person. Simple acts of kindness or cruelty is what makes someone warm or cold.
