:D:DSales is not as easy as its purported to be mate. If you’re getting paid 500k a month then you best believe the company expects you to justify that amount through serious returns for the company. Its not meant for everyone that’s just how it is. A higher number does not necessarily equate to an improvement. To him that 280k while lower might offer him a better life, perhaps one that allows him some breathing room as well.
