I have successfully managed to shed like 5kgs from my previous weight by 1hr jogging routine,1 n a half hour ya gym asubui n 1 more extra hour after work (between 9-10pm) daily na 2 sessions za swimming in a week.
waking up daily at 5am kujapa zoezi na kula diet poa.no beers.

You have to be very strict with yourself. I started my diet in mid October 2015 at 165 pounds and by beginning of Jan I was at 145 pounds. No bread no ugali no pasta, chapos and ndaos once in a blue moon coz they are yummy. I make cauliflower rice to substitute for rice coz U’ve got to eat your stew with something. Results may not be the same for everyone but you shouldn’t give up. Give it a couple more months
