hey guys I tried filing my monthly returns on 20th lakini the thing was not going through. leo nimejaribu it has gone through smoothly lakini nimepigwa fine ya 10,000 so am wondering hii ilikuwa mischief on kra part kupiga watu fine ndio wafikishe their target? [ATTACH=full]114129[/ATTACH]

Hakuna interest t hapo, he filed the return.It comes up when you need a Tax Compliance Cert. Don’t Sweat it pay when you want!

By the way VAT will penalize you immediately if you fail to file or pay. But Paye & Income tax you can file on the date but make payments latter but before end of the month.

Its perfectly legal to file amended returns, once only( once per return period)… government requires business file VAT returns on or before 20th each month, the iTax systems allows for amending returns so you can correct the NIL returns and file the correct one

I switched my mums old PIN to the online after the D day ,akapigwa fine ya 20k. so i had to write them a message also.
