Is there a way I can clear a 40k fine, I haven’t filled nil returns for 2 years but I had been a student for those years, can I appeal ama kuna njia zingine?
enda kwa station yako wakuadvice
Try ni get a waiver.
Apply for a waiver, then head to your tax station with the waiver acknowledgement. Go with proof that you were a student at that particular time. Also beba kama 2k hivi huyo mtu akunywe chai.
Thank me later.
Unatafuta Tender ::come i make you a TCC, no one goes thru’ all those million of papers:D:D
Mimi I have been filling nil since nipate hiyo pin. Meffi hao
How do I apply for a waiver
Also can I buy a car when I have that fine??

ingia itax brathe. utaipata huko
Sikuelewa KRA. I always thought that their work is to facilitate as many people paying taxes as possible. When they raised their penalty to 20k last year, this just meant that either people who haven’t been filing or joined iTax will fear to do so, or those who do will request waivers (which will generally have to be granted now that it’s a considerable figure.
When the penalty was 1k people just paid it and there was no need to waive. I wonder who came up with this hare-brained scheme.
Enda kwa I-tax support center like you have been told.
Also can I buy a car when I have that fine??
2k is unnecessary… I had issues resolved bila kutoa a cent…
True. Most young Kenyans are helpful. I have noticed that older Civil servants (permanently employed) ndio wanapenda pesa za chai.
yes dummy. you can even buy flesh at SJ and no one will come after you. Thank me later
There is a guy i know got fined 140k na mshahara ni 25k:D
Lakini hio fine ni onetime…it doesn’t increase
penalty is 20k only… irrespective of how long u have not been filling
