KPMDU and MoH sign return to work formula

The Ministry of Health and KMPDU have finalized an addendum to the Return to Work Formula Agreement, paving the way for the immediate posting of 1,210 intern doctors by August 1, 2024.

This agreement, amidst ongoing negotiations, prioritizes interns’ conditions and remuneration, awaiting final decisions from the Eldoret Employment and Labour Relations Court.

The Ministry acknowledges KMPDU’s collaboration and reaffirms its commitment to improving healthcare standards in Kenya.

This posting will equally include other cadres of Nurses, Clinical officers
