I have bought some tokens from kplc via mpesa around 6 pm and upto now sijapata tokens. I have tried contacting them via their customer carr number and its not going though. Any other way on this?
Buzz them on Twitter… they always respond

Lakini i had to wait for a day to get my token.Their vending machine was down.

What is duka ya tokens? Never heard of such. I’ve always paid postpaid or via Mpesa after switching to prepaid.
Why do you assume everyone lives in a neighbourhood with “duka ya tokens”?
