Media personality Oga Obina, real name, Steve Thompson Magana has emerged victorious in a defamation lawsuit against Radio Africa Group and social media influencer Maureen Imbayi, alias Black Cinderella.
The Milimani Commercial Magistrates’ Court ruled in Obina’s favour, finding that the defendants had published false and damaging statements that injured his professional reputation and brand.
The case stemmed from statements made by Black Cinderella during a show on Radio Jambo hosted by Massawe Japanni.
Cinderella, whose real name is Maureen Imbayi, instead of eating a humble pie and sort things out with Obina, goes ahead to shove a foot up her ass by showing the world how much of a nincompoop she is

If he is desperate enough, he can apply to garnish all her social media earnings. As in, take legal control over her social media pages since it’s property. Also her likeness is property and it can be owned. He can apply for those and use her likeness and image to generate AI videos to pay himself. Since image and likeness are recognized as intellectual property, then that means someone else can own them at will
