Kit clash causes confusion in the A-league

Fans could be forgiven for wondering which team was which as Wellington Phoenix hosted Melbourne Victory in Auckland on Saturday. The Phoenix, celebrating the history of football in New Zealand, wore a special grey strip as the Victory turned out in their regular white away shirt. It caused an unbelievable kit clash, with fans immediately taking to social media to vent their frustrations at not being able to tell who was who.
