Been in Kisumu recently and I’ve noticed not a single day passes that I don’t pass someone on the street either in crutches, walking with a deformity on the feet or arms etc. And these are normal productive guys, si ati machokoch. Is this a healthcare issue ama ni careless motorists? The numbers are staggering.Compared to Nairobi everytime I’m outside I have to encounter.
