In Tokyo over 50% of the plots are less than 30x30ft ie 10m x 10m = 100m2. Any yet Japan and Tokyo are first world. Kenyans with their 40x80 should be living like Kings if the Japanese are doing so well in 60m2 plots ie 20x30 ft plots.
