Exactly. If we ever get a leader brave enough to reclaim what rightfully belongs to us, like the Criticos or Kenyatta land in Taita Taveta l, our lives would truly change for the better. I come from a community that’s been marginalized in every possible way; our history was rewritten, and now we’re labeled as squatters on our own ancestral land. Kenya has plenty of wealth; the problem is unequal distribution.
