ANC is not an equal partner to UDA. ANC will most likely be swallowed mzima mzima by UDA.

No disputing that, but they will probably re-name the new entity as UDA as a brand is finished.
Parties can be created a month to the election.
Think of NARC and PNU. Even TNA and URP of 2013 were formed close to the elections.

We cannot compare UDA and Jubilee during the first term. Jubilee was still a behemoth. UDA is already limping even the MPs know it but they are milking it and actively looking for their best option out. Gachagua akibaki kichwa ngumu he can cause a lot of damage.
