kihoto kiunaga uta mugete

There is a kikuyu saying, kihoto kiunaga uta mugete, meaning that Justice can stop an arrow from being launched …OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT.

It happened that a end of last year, i fired a gentleman who i had placed to be in charge of interns in my office after an intern came into my office with red eyes claiming that she had been sexually assaulted by her supervisor…(assault meant a spank) the gentleman turned rude, i had to make a point to all Fisi in my office, i fired him, after a while the dude went to labor court for wrongful dismissal sema court summons, sema jamaa kiutisha 30M, sema head office kunikimbiza. anyway, the company decided to send a legal rep. and an arbitrator to settle the matter on ex-Gratia basis…one of his demand was that he was to be reinstated to his previous position, the company agreed on this, He reported back with pride hoping to get 2.6m for the 4months he was out of work on a set date.

I felt so powerless, i felt humiliated, ladies felt vulnerable, i almost resigned, The D-day Come, we met in a conference room here in naivasha, i, my legal rep. him, his legal Rep, the intern and the arbitrator ....just as the meeting was starting and the intern took the stage, Three of our previous interns were ushered in by my driver....the gentleman turned black, he became hostile ,demanding that they should leave since they were not a part of the meeting....i sensed that they knew more than i did, the ladies did not bulge, the chair calmed us down , he asked them who they were and what they were doing there, one of them called Grace spoke, "We are here to give our experience in hands of this man" she said pointing at the dude....honestly, i did not know who told them of the meeting, they gave accounts of sexual favors and demands made by their supervisor during their internship, two of them had messages from the dudes...one of them and i quote read in part...." unataka ni-sign your logbook na k*ma ulininyinima kabisa, kama unataka points poa kama Jane, kubali tu kama yeye" .......you can guess that Jane was standing next to her and she gave account of how she was forced to give in and they had it in some hotel..... his legal rep rose up and objected the evidence, the arbitrator requested the ladies to step out for a minute, you can guess what happened in the room, our rep. requested the Gentleman to submit his phone for a forensic audit to determine if the whats-app and sms emanated from his account, the gentleman opted to withdrawal the suit......

We did not pay him, he is out of work and i still dont know who invited them…

i feel good, i feel like a cock who has defended his chicks against a hawk…and will keep doing this because i have a daughter at home.

Thats nice, a quick one if you didnt have a daughter would you have done the good deed?

Regional manager himself hehee

That is some good achievement, but my brother be on alert as that dude could be baying for your blood.

The fisi in him was too much he had to be tamed

Do you have to remind me of my bad fortunes?

Eti your junior earns Sh2.6 million in 4 months in a small town like Naivasha? That’s a cool Sh650K per month, right?

Almost as good as gavana.

Nilikosea nani aki?

Congrats kwa hiyo maneno ingine yote. Kwa kuwa gender rights protector.

Lakini si unipe kazi hata kama ni ya cleaner cum teaboy boss. 2.6mirrion for 4 months? Nitume cv wapi? And am serious…

Don’t stress yourself old man. Money is not the solution to all problems. And it will never be enough. Be content with what you have.

Si unipe hio position ya Intern supervisor

2.6M were total amount which the company negotiated down from 30m …it included , loss of earnings, legal money, damages, career stress etc…

hehehehehehe are you sure ni job unatafuta ama ni ufisi???

mayangai una bahati. Ulimaliza ile 300k ya Mtee Zed

si kihoto ni naivasha …

If you ever ask for sexual favours from any of yor workmates always make it as verbal as possible so as not to leave any tangible footprints. You never know when someone will decide to blackmail you

Great ending. God will always be with you !

hekaya or not, nimesoma kakitu!!!

congratulations Regional Manager for standing up against harassment. I detest people who use their positions of power to exploit young girls.
