Controversial Eldoret tycoon Mzee Jackson Kibor can now breathe a sigh of relief after he won a court battle against his six children over his 2,000-acre piece of land.
The court also allowed Mzee Kibor to subject the six children to a DNA test before he can allocate them portions of the land.
According to the veteran farmer-cum-politician, he did not marry the children’s mother hence is skeptical about whether they’re actually his offspring.
He accused them of attempting to sell sections of his 2,000-acre land as they had done to some of his property in Nairobi and Mombasa.
“Hawa watoto yangu ni wakora…wakora kwa sababu waliuza nyumba yangu Karen, Nairobi, na wakauze ingine Nyali, Mombasa,” said Mzee Kibor.
“Hawa watoto wanasumbua, nitawapeleka DNA nihakikishe kama ni wangu ama si wangu kwa sababu mimi sikuoa mama yao.”

Mzee Kibor also alleged that his life is danger, further imploring the government to return his firearm so that he can be able to protect himself and his family.

The outspoken farmer’s firearm was previously confiscated after he was captured on video pointing it at one of his children during a disagreement over the land.
“Hawa watoto wanaweza piga mimi kwa sababu bado wanataka hii shamba…serikali irudishie mimi silaha yangu nijilinde,” he added.
Mzee Kibor stated that he has now donated 10 acres of the land to the government for building a police station.

He should have divided up all the property by now. And live in the one the youngest will take over. Or simply put the property in a trust with all the kids as shareholders. And the trust cannot sell any property unless by agreement of 90%.

Kibor ni moto wa kuotea. I once saw a video where he shot atone of his sons at close range. Kumbe he wanted to grab the land. Jamaa aliskia mlipuko wa risasi bile aliingia kwa gari na akahepa legendary:D:D

Trust ile ile tu imekula mali ya karume family ikila tabu?
Those sons have already sold family property in mombasa and nairobi. If Kibor gives them their inheritance right now they would sell the land to Ruto in exchange for nomination into politics. Wangoje akufe wapate chenye itabaki

hii mzee ni moto…
but i understand him , wazee na mashamba ni emotional sana…

My GrandPa had some huge tracks of land, he gave each of the sons some portion of the land, but because the daughters used to help him so much more than the sons, he felt guilty not giving them something, and culture of daughters not inheriting anything still haunted him…

He left some huge portion and said it was for my grand-ma to “use” with the daughters , watumie pamoja…

All this ili asiambiwe na wazee eti amegawia wasichana land… killing 2 birds with one stone
