How did the Senate run with the charade when it ordered a special audit seeing as the nonsense peddled by Kabogo has been disproven?

And the Auditor General has done it’s part. It has flagged out the huge issues with the county. Or is it supposed to prosecute the Governor on its own motion?

The Controller of Budget approved a budget for KCG to follow. They did not. Waititu stole billions of money and then entered fictitious cost-heads into IFMIS. Auditor General audited these expenses and presented a report to Senate. Waititu is an idiot e.g. Ksh30 million per day was being spent on the “Kaa Sober” project - ati reducing the number of drunkards in Kiambu. Nothing has changed, ask watu wa Ichaweri.

This is the budget → planning for the spending. They are explaining what they are going to do, not what they’ve done. You’re late on the call there.
