Actually wachira is using the law as it should. Bonobos usually get frustrated when the law is followed to the letter.

Based on all the facts, he could face decades in prison for playing with the law.

Negros don’t believe the law applies to them.

Let him sit there for 2 more weeks without cigarettes.

You appear to have the facts. My assumption prima facie Wachira wants a cut of the loot from undelivered cars

Those who lost money want the boy to face criminal charges. They have spent more money to ensure the boy spends time in jail. That way he will feel the pain since he does not have the means to repay them. Usually, failure to deliver under contract should be a commercial dispute, meaning you can munch someone’s money as you pay lawyers with the same money. If Kairo had some good money, he would be fighting it as a civil case. But since he doesn’t have money to control the process, they call it obtaining money through false pretense.
The boy was counting on the case being treated as a commercial dispute, but he forgot that one needs money to enjoy such.

Kairo thinks that God doesn’t deliver pain and suffering according to His perfect will. This is the Lord’s doing. :folded_hands:But I’m not sensing humility, which could mean that he’s still a baby starting out in this journey. God chastises those He loves. Stop fighting and allow God to break the sin out of you until you surrender completely. That’s when the real growth starts. He’s blessed that God still cares about his soul.

They are fools. A criminal case will not give them their money back. Also proving “false pretence” is dicey given that the biz was registered and he was employed by it, and he can prove succeful sales. So in his defence he processed a client’s order and submitted to the company’s department charged with importation, therefore he performed his sales duties as required with the necessary documentation given to the client. From this angle therefore, it is the company and him as CEO that should be sued in a civil case to either refund or deliver the cars. It could be dicey for him if he didn’t even send the money to the sellers abroad, though even then the company should be sued for refund or delivery then they (the company) charges Khalifa with defrauding the company.

The thing is, they know they cannot recover their money since the boy is beyond broke. But since he is being cocky, the next best option is to slap him with criminal charges. The charges may not stick but they will make him suffer enough since he doesn’t even have the money to pay bail. What I know for certain is that the people he conned are pulling the strings. I think anybody would do the same.

I thought Kairo was a front for some gafana/politicians. His own extravagance of high end mitumba hookers and the same wanasiasa ndo zimemkula akaisha. Probably paying unnecessary bribes, travels and shakedowns.

World of finance lazima uwe mjanja either you’re the one getting scammed, the patsy, the broker but rarely the apex predator.

Yes. Your own company can employ you.

He never states it was his company

Typical traits of a psychopath! He wronged other people and instead of admitting it and returning their money he is trying to make himself the victim. I first met him at the Beforward partner yard in 2019 when I was buying a car there and he was a nice ambitious young man. I think the desire for fame and soft life did him in.

But evidence can prove he is and there is nothing wrong because the charge sheet sues him as an individual

I am going to only respond to sworn statements. Clement stated Kairo was never an owners, and Kairo responded in court that he was only a salesman TWICE. Hiyo ingine ni porojo with no legal merit from a conman, Unlerss he is now willing to commit perjury
