- Micro management of operational processes [ …she trusts no one , even her daughter …!! ]
- Demotivation and low morale among key staff.
- Poor compensation leading to high staff turnover.
- Innovation and Creativity are not encouraged.
This is an enterprise that should actually be doing very well …
