Heheee happens so many times in American and European Universities. I remember one incident at a famous business school where they were faced with the same kind of scenario. Students were told to prepare for oral exams instead of the written test.

Yeah it does. Let me send you a YouTube link of a university professor in the US complaining how students stole the end of semester exams because of such admin errors.

This has nothing to do with our education system but the carelessness of our administrators… This permeates many sectors of our economy
