There are many ways of getting around the fact that the father is a politically exposed person. You could buy citizenship for the mother and by extension the kids. Or you could have the mother take a long vacation to the US/Canada while pregnant and then she gives birth there. Or you could just have the kids go study abroad and naturalize after 10 years. Or you can train the kids in an obscure rich kid sport like fencing and lacrosse then have them be granted “special talent” citizenship etc etc. With money the possibilities are infinite, and a LOT of super rich kids are US or EU citizens despite living here, utashangaa
