A country like Tanzania may pay less but power outages is daily. One of the investment in a business in tz is a petrol generator Kuna wakati sgr train ya tz ilikosa Stima katikati ya safari for 5 hours. Despite the high price in Kenya, it is more efficient and reliable.

True. Kenya has high reliability. Nigeria is a basket case with every middle to high class homestead having a generator. South Africa ni ingine. When I worked in Jo’burg, the first thing that was drummed in my head is to save my work consistently because Eskom has a mind of it’s own
