All health gurus say we eat sijui Himalayan salt or Celtic salt which is not refined and has plenty of minerals. Am curious if akina ken salt is refined and therefore stripped of all these good minerals.

Why are you trying to get other minerals from salt. You can get them from fruits and vegetables.
Am just seeking knowledge on how Kenya salt is manufactured and what’s the best to use. If I can get sodium plus all those other macro nutrients in one salt brand the better.
