Kenyan Judiciary is the most rotten and corrupt to the core

Unless we disband the Judiciary and reconstitute it again, NO ANY BIG PERSON WILL EVER BE JAILED FOR CORRUPTION OR ANY CRIME IN KENYA. what happened to Obado and Mwilu case ? Judiciary is just a big disgrace to this country…nkt useless. Maybe we should just legalize corruption… Make me a president and I will disband this stupid rotten judiciary like yesterday

Knew their is no way wako atanyimwa slices by taking away his bae !

What is your pedigree? Are you royalty by any chance? Or a certified hustler?

The whole fabric and systems of governance are rotten and the stench reaches the highest heavens… Only… I repeat… Only REVOLUTION

A certified hustler

You fail. You can not cry on lights, camera, action. Sorry.

I thought “corruption apologist” was your middle name ?

Judiciary ni cartel + monopoly combined ya lawyers. You cannot even speak in court without a BAR(British Accreditation Licence)

Disband this institution and bring the next set of crooks. But you never fix the problem. The present laws can resolve all issues. They just need to be enforced. Example. Central bank went after the crooked banks. Where are they today?

True. Kenya isn’t short of laws. It’s short of enforcers and riddled with conformist cowards.

The judges had to protect one of their own because if they prosecute mwilu they will be next in line. The governors will also protect each other at all costs because if one is prosecuted the rest will be exposed even if they know one of their own is a rotten apple .simple logic

War on corruption is public relations to lull the citizens. The government pretends to crackdown on corruption and when they decide to prosecute the courts throw out the charges.

I don’t know why people sit idly as anything that is not nailed down is stolen, sing tano tena na liwe liwalo 5 years straight to an election, vote in crooks, thieves and mediocre leaders like Waititi, Sonko, Joho etc then turn round shocked and surprised at the ineptitude of our institutions. If your brain is more than two celled, ask yourself what happened to the promised revisit by Jameson 1 himuselefu. Therein lies your answer. They are in it together.

judiciary is rotten but this was a case of simple law, evidence was acquired unproceduraly. if you remember during icc githu muigai arguing the case aliambia icc judges there is a kenyan constitution on how evidence is to be acquired and the state will not go out of its way to acquire evidence against the constitution

At least now even the one who has buried his head deepest can see the obvious. Judiciary is the core of corruption. The have turned the “independence” to shield themselves and others from prosecution. This ruling was to prevent a precedent where judges can be tried for corruption, fraud and colluding. They protected themselves and their own. OPP has said they had all the warrants, none of the litigants disputed the warrants until the ruling come out. The least the court could have done was request for them before using that as a basis to delay the prosecution. However its not over, the evidence has been sent to the JSC which she sits on. To deliberate on whether she should face a tribunal or not. Considering the bias in the JSC and favouritism I don’t expect much. Remember the first DCJ was removed for pinching a watchman nose for not accepting to be screened. Justice Ojwang is facing a tribunal after his home governor built a tarmac road to his rural home which he shares with others. Justice Rawal was pushed out after it was discovered she had an offshore account.

you will not hear a word from evil society about this

Is it the DCI and DPP or the judiciary? They don’t collect evidence or arrest suspects.
