Actually it’s a colonial document ! Very sad affairs. Even car number plates are eye sore !

the old one serves the purpose at less cost. na kama kuna mtu anakulia know that it will be worse for new ones

It’s a small non issue that should have been put in place long ago.
It would really make things orderly and At least carrying the DL will not be a pocket bulging affair anymore
