The Chinese in the mid-80s committed to being the best in the world. They poured tonnes of resources (financial)to send their kids to the best institutions in the world to learn from the very best. Go to Australia,U.K. , US, Germany , Canada and see what I’m saying. The technology advanced courses are full of Chinese and Indians.They are crooks yes, but very educated and trained.
That may not be entirely true.Infact was there and saw several new and unique products from different sectors in their market but not outside here.I think because of their huge local population some industries don’t bother about the export market.
