Its the legality of what they are doing? That financial profiling, and they will also geomap and have a very good clue where you live based on your mpesa withdrawals

Lakini mpesa transactions? That is a clear breach of privacy, don’t think it will see the light of day in parliament and again how do they enforce compliance kwa mama mboga who uses mpesa as her account?

Mpesa, bank details hawajatuambia how safe our data will be. How they would deal with rogue employees who try to sell the data or use it for selfish gains… Look at the bigger picture. They are targeting the Lipa Na Mpesa till numbers. Why would you require a till number if you are not in business?

@Deorro you read my mind.People should ask questions, and ask a lot of them. I am sure KRA doesn’t have the answers to such. Its just their claim that oooh we need to widen the tax bracket with no legal backing. So what happens when people go back to mattress banking?
