Easy…if you have the old account number, send STATUS followed by the old account number without the suffix - and send to 95551. You should receive the new account number.
Thereafter you can querry your bill via email. To get your current bill, just email only the first part of your account number or New Account number. e.g for account number 998877-01, please type 998877 in the subject field and send to [email protected].
Alternatively if you have Telegram app, access @KenyaPowerBot and querry your bill…na ikikataa try @tspacebot to check your balance.
