Well, after two months of heavy rains the dams must now be full but don’t hold your breath waiting them to announce lower bills now that they are generating more using hydro.

I guess the gava can force KPLC to be split in to 2, with 1 company owning the infrastructure and the other to sell and distribute power.
The infrastructure company can then charge a fee for use of its resources to all the interested parties.
