Cops always side with matatu drivers however right you were. They eat from matatu drivers daily and from you they get nothing. I learnt that the hard way after I was side swiped by a Rongai sacco matatu at the Bunyala roundabout. The cop who turned up ni kama alikuwa amelipwa, he didn’t want to hear anything from me.
Poor us,sadly the vice is deep rooted in the traffic sector.I have seen the same with motorbike guys,even though most of the time they are on the wrong their victim end up suffering
