Compared to other African countries we are doing relatively well for a service and agriculturally driven economy. Huku nje watu wanakipitia bana.

You realise southern African countries are struggling with power because in the first place they use a lot of it for industrial production right?

Nonsense.

That industrial production does not benefit the citizens. It benefits a few owners of capital huko. I can guarantee you that Chinese owned and operated copper mines in Zambia won’t have power problems.

Kama kawaida greedy African leaders in Zambia have sold all national assets to foreigners who dictate how power will be distributed. They don’t give a fuck about the common Zambian. They care about 24/7 electricity connection at the copper mines and that is exactly how Zambia operates. Privately owned or controlled mines have 24/7 access to electricity at the expense of millions of Zambian citizens.

My point still stands. Kenya has very low demand for industrial power usage compared to countries like south Africa so it makes no sense to have frequent blackouts

Who said that it makes sense to have frequent blackouts??

We are actually talking about two different but related issues. I withdraw
