Wafunge hiyo kiosk…i only do domestic flights with KQ and its coz wao ndio wako mostly. Never flown international with them. Customer serive reviews are pathetic.
Flown them to and from London - NBO and Amsterdam on several occasions. Their service was exceptional. Guess part of their prestige routes. They did a good job. Credit is due.
Ethiopia airline ni Meffi sana kwangu.
They have made it mandatory, lazima you connect via Addis Ababa kila flight.
Airport iko congested kama Wakulima Market with 99.9% air traffic being Ethiopia Airlines due to unnecessary lay overs.
Any serious traveller or airline connects via JKIA.
KQ is simply too expensive on any international route

I agree. But their hub has no capacity. It is always overcrowded.
Apart from food, there’s nothing else exceptional on KQ. Even their liquor nowadays is extremely horrible. I tasted their gin and it was pathetic! I only use them when their fares make economic sense and in most cases it doesn’t. For example KQ and BA arrive in Heathrow at the same time but KQ is more expensive by 50k
