KENTEX, have you stopped you unethical business practices. … I’ve shipped with you twice and your hidden extra fees are insane!!; Very many HIDDEN charges! That is why everyone has moved to your competitors…very straightforward people; no Bullshit charges. You guys have to be honest!
for example, just for a single iphone…you charged me a weight is 2.5 pounds (i.e 1.25kgs ) meaning for weight alone I paid 2.5lbs times $8.99 - guys you know that however you coat it, everybody knows that the entire packaging for a phone cannot weight 1.25Kgs!; then you added local tax, then again you added 5% freight insurance…for an item worth $200, I ended up paying upto $300! Could have bought in Nairobi, not worth it! Tell me now how it is only $15/Kg only! That is the story you tell on your website but you know the reality is different; I would advise people to stay away from you unless someone tries this time round and posts some real numbers. Once you lose trust, it is hard to get it back dude! And you are doing this not because of your customers cries, it is cause the competition has on up on you!
